The Chas Hern race team have now started their new training program and have teamed up with Jake Royle from Race Fit and together with many other top Australian motorcycle racers are working out on a specialized program set up by Jake to improve bike fitness.
3 weeks after my high speed Eastern creak crash I finally have had the operation that should see me take part on the Mallala grid. With no healing being shown after 2 weeks I have had a screw put in my Scafoid to assist the bone to heal, with a clean break and a 2mm gap the options were 6 weeks in plaster [missing Mallala] or screw the bone back together and hope my strength is enough to gain some points at Rd 2 Mallala. My left arm is all ready loosing mussel and it's killing me to not be able to train. But the doctors have said they will cut the plaster off for Mallala so I am looking forward to getting back on my 
Yesterday Snow was visible from Chas's driveway so Gen and Chas decided to check it out. Unfortunately Chas took his dog Buffy and she decided to run off and spend a cold night in the snow, Today at 8AM they returned to the mountain to face more snow but found the missing dog.
Prior to the last round of the Australian road race Championships I received my new JP3 Hydro suit and it worked a treat!
