In round 4 of the Victorian inter club series Chas Hern and Danny Gibson both podiums in the classes. Chas winning the Club battle race and finishing 1St in the open Super-sport and Second in the C Grade Super-sport. Both Chas and Darren Sciberras eventual round winner were both circulating around the current lap record time.

Motocross Racer Danny Gibson Swapped his CRF250R for Chas's 1996 Suzuki RGV 250. The RGV was last raced in 2001 when it was written off at Phillip Island. With half a days notice Chas and Danny had the Bike Painted and ready for Racing. Danny managed to take Second Position in the up to 500cc feature race.
