Rd 1 of the DVMC [Diamond Valley Motorcycle Club] had the first round of the Pony express series last weekend, and while Chas's good Friend Glenn Harris was in town from Townsville the pair teamed up on Glenn's Yamaha YZ 250F and proved they were the team to beet from the first lap.
The meeting was held in Gisborne about 50 km north west of Melbourne. The track consisted of many tight narrow and very technical sections, which suited both Glenn and Chas and of course the Yamaha YZ 250F.
